i think that overall, it's work well done, except for a few things which could be improved;

the contrast has been raised too much and this causes the skin to lose too much detail in the highlights; those highlights are also bluish or cyanish, which does not help "naturalness"; the cloth on the bottom right shows all this very clearly.
i think that lowering the saturation would have given better results than decreasing the color red.
