Description
I created this image during school, just trying to create something with a different subject matter and a bit more atmosphere, used a few different techniques, like lines and layout.
I created over 35 designs with different design elements applied. narrowed down to 2 options and worked from there.

Ever hear the song Phoenix Ignition by Thrice? i like it. but it doesnt fully relate to this piece, this is piece is more suttle, kinda emo to me... not that i'm entirely favourable to emo, emo has gone from my life, like this image has.

I like the fact that the bottom is cut off... that way he might not be skateboarding. He might be, but he might also be riding a unicycle or jumping or playing hopscotch... or just balancing in some pretty pink ballerina shoes!
